Following the mini budget and the interest rates sky high, this had a direct impact on the UK's housing market. With this in mind, October turned out to be a fairly positive month for the Newhaven area. We wanted to share some stats with you: 26 properties came to market, 15 properties sold and 17 properties reduced their price. So out of all that we had a market share of 23.1% (out of 8 other agents) on new listings as we brought 6 to the market. We agreed a sale on 5 properties which gave us a market share of 33.3% (out of 5 other agents) and we reduced 2 properties which gave us a market share of 11.8% (out of 9 other agents). So when we look back at October it actually wasn't as bad as we initially thought it was going to be.
